In /var/adm/messages file I have found the following:

adpu320: [ID 368597 kern.warning] WARNING: adpu320: host
adapter hardware failure

Does such an SCSI adapter failure mean that it have to
be changed or is it possible such an error can sometimes
occur without worring about the adapter?

Here is some detailed listening:

1.Do you think it is a problem of the driver,
is it possible that it complains to adapter
harware error because of its own incorrect behavior?
2.When it warns about adapter hardware failure
and it is really hardware failure of the adapter
what does it mean, can such errors arise time to time
and can they be ignored,
or such an error points to wrong hardware which
should be replaced?
