Hello,
I and running Citrix MF on Windows 2000 servers. We are running Adobe Acrobat Reader on these servers. Whenever a user tries to print a PDF file, this print dialog box comes up, the users clicks print and nothing comes out.
Upon research we found that instead of going to the printer, the output is going to the users home directory (specified in AD U&C Term Serv Profile Tab) with a filename of the printer port (in this case the IP address of the printer) with no file extension.
I've seen several people report this problem on other forums (including the Adobe forums) but have yet to find an answer. Please help!
