Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard missing "check box" and "radio button& 1

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard were installed on several computers and work fine on all computers except one computer missing a "check box" and a "radio button" (2 lines missing" on the digital signatures advanced preferences menu selection, can anyone tell me why?

In the menu Edit\Preference\security\Advanced preferences ... there is a check box "Hide signature field validity icon when signature is valid" and the radio button "The time at which the signature was created", those two are missing (just cannot see them there) why? Need help!

I have this exact same issue and I can't see to figure out what the problem is. The option is just not there... Any ideas anyone??

You should be able to see the radio button once you have changed the DPI to "96 normal"

Steps
Open display properties
advanced
on DPI setting change it to "Normal size (96 DPI)
OK
It should work now. If not, restart the computer.

How did you ever figure that out????
I went through every single preference setting...
Then I uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck...
So I uninstalled, ran a registry cleaner, reinstalled, all with no luck!!
