My Question is: Is it possible to have an online Adobe Acrabat 6 form filled out online and then submitted back to you and automatically put into an access database? If so what Tool or Language would be the easiest to accomplish this?

Yes, assuming you're on a web server. The acrobat form could be designed to submit a standard HTTP Form back to the server. Thus you could use completely standard web methods for processing the form data and putting it anywhere you like.
