2.1 I belive comes with Visual Studio Service packs, or even the Service packs for the Operating system. Keep in mind as far as development goes, not everyone will have the newest so usally 2 or 2.1 is good to use since it's been some time now. <p>Karl<br><a href=mailto:kb244@kb244.8m.com>kb244@kb244.8m.com</a><br><a href= </a><br>Experienced in , or have messed with : VC++, Borland C++ Builder, VJ++6(starting),VB-Dos, VB1 thru VB6, Delphi 3 pro, Borland C++ 3(DOS), Borland C++ 4.5, HTML,Visual InterDev 6, ASP(WebProgramming), QBasic(least i didnt start with COBOL)
 
You can go to the microsofts sit and download dcomm.exe and mdac.exe for the latest version
