ADMT v3 problems

Hi,
I am trying to migrate users between 2 Windows 2003 domains.
I was able to setup and successfully verify 2 way trust. Domain Admins group of one domain is in the administrators group of the other one and vice-versa.
When I launch the migration tool I am able to choose and see everything I need in both the source and destination domain. When I run a test user migration I get the following in the log file and no user migration takes place.

ERR3:7585 The account replicator is unable to continue. There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper.
Operation completed.

I think this means that you're attempting to move a group, but that some members of that group haven't been moved yet.

Nope,
I was trying to move a single user from the users container. Than I tried to move a single user from a diffrent OU, same result.

Is that user a member of any groups that were not being moved?

This user is a member of the default Users container on the domain.
Am I not doing it in the right sequence? What is the proper sequence of steps for such a migration?
