When I boot up I'm presented with only the Administrator accout to log into. How come my user accounts aren't presented?

Is this a "Welcome" screen logon, or the security panel logon?

If the latter, XP will show the last username used by default. You can type in any other username you wish. If the former, download TweakUI: and use it to re-enable the other users so that they appear in the Welcome screen logon.

All it says is 'Log on to Windows'.

User Name: Administrator
Password:

You are looking at the normal user login pre XP login style. Go ahead and type in the user account name you want to login to instead of Administrator.

lloyd....it worked, I was able to log on. But why, when I go over to a friends house to work on his computer, all of the users are on the screen. All I do is click on a 'user' and I log in as that user. How does one get a screen like that? I'm using xp pro and he's got xp home.

He is using fast user switching. XP pro can do Fast user switching if it isn't part of a domain also XP home doesn't join domains.
