Administrator Template and time restrictions?

I'm reading a book ( based on NG FP3 ) and playing with the NG FP3 eval. The book states that you can create Administrators by going to the Manage->Users and Administrators, click on New and selecting Administrator by Template. My eval has no such option it only has Administrator and Adminstrators Group. This book also states that I can use User Templates to create administrators thus giving you the capability to restrict at what time administrator can access the Smartclients. My eval only allows users to be created with Users Templates. Can someone clarify for me? Is the book correct and my eval too old? Is there an Administrator Template capability and can I restrict Administrator access by time?

Go to Manage->Users and Administrators and then just click on New > Administrator. Give the administrator a name then then on 'Permissions Profile' click 'New' and create a new permissions profile for your administrator. Once that permissions profile has been created for one administrator it can be re-used for other administrators by selecting it from the drop down.

Thanks for the feedback Chris. Can you confirm for me the "Adminstrator by Template" option does not exist? How about time restrictions on Administators, is it possible?

I can't find "Adminstrator by Template". As for the time restrictions, you can't use specific times like you can on a normal user template.
