administrator locked out 1

I have a directory where administrator is locked out. I am not sure who created the directory, but I need to remove it.
Does anyone know how this is done.

Just go to advanced and take ownership of the directory. And to prevent this to happen again - remove user to have full control.. Administrators should only have full control
