Administrator cannot access standard mode.

I have IP Office 500 V2 and Manager 7.0(23) that I received in the demo kit. Is there some reason why I cannot access standard mode while under the Administrator user name? I can get into standard mode under Operator and Manager, but when I try with Administrator, it will switch over and display everything but it wont let me click on anything. Nothing. Not even the close, minimize, or maximize windows buttons. But it's not froze, I can still close it from the taskbar and it asks me if I want to save the configuration before I close. It is really getting on my nerves because I'm trying to set up the Voip for the 9641g phone that they sent with it.

Also, I cannot access security settings whatsoever. It will not let me log in with the default "security" and securitypwd" login. I've been at this thing for two days now.
 
I suggest you default the security settings

To add something to AACon's reaction,

You can change the mode with DTE too.
Type:

AT <enter>
at-debug <enter>

And then i know that there is a command for changing the mode but i cannto recall the exact command.

Is it in quick mode? Have you loaded your licenses to it?
