Administrator Box Invalid Password

I just installed a CP 150 and after initializing it won't let me into the administrator mailbox '1020000' It is set to NVM and I'm using a telephone set to program. What am I missing?

Any chance your system is two digits, in which case the login would be 120000.

No three digits. I even tried resetting the password.

sscott, if it let you reset it then I would start with 120000, 10020000. even though you reset it if it was on another system at 2 or 4 digit lengths then that's what it will reset to. You have to go in and do a REINSTALL or default the system before it will see your 3 digit set up.

I did do the 're install' f982 '734678255' this is a 'refurbished' cp.

ok after the reinstall did you use the password to configure the system?

You need to REINSTALL via 983,1 not 982.
