ADMINISTRATOR APPLICATIONS V 1.3 CD?

I need to do a system print from 6 ip office systems which are currently at R1.3.

I was told that the Admin App.CD V3.0 is not backward compitable and I need a V1.3 Admin App. CD.

I can not find the above cd on the Avaya support site.
(The only cd I see that says Admin Apps is a V2.1)

Any ideas where I can download a V1.3 Admin App. cd and also do I need V1.3 to get the system info.

Is it called something different for R1.3 as opposed to Admin Apps?
