Is there any way possible to administer/change announcements from off-net? I am the voice of my company's service center and when the status of our systems change, they want me to leave the up front status announcement. Problem is, I'm not always in the office.

Hi
Ask your systems administator to set up remote access for you and you will be able to change announcements as if you were on site.

Thanks

Or what I had to do was add the message that needed to be change the most as an attendant in voicemail. This way if the office closed early or bad weather occurs, the voice expert could call in from anywhere and change the greeting. She can activate the old greeting if it needs to go back. This works for us for now.
