Admin Password changed by fired admin!! Need Help.. 1

Hi,
We have a win2000 server which is the PDC with 2 partitions,
before we cld change the Password for our server the sys. admin changed the log-on password, the server's running a application for the HRD dept and the database is in D drive , is there any way to crack open the password without
reinstalling the OS to root? THis is really urgent , is there any solutions guy ,pls repl guys ASAP

and purchase the NT/2k/XP program to crack the password. Extremely easy to use and I have done so several times.
