I have a Nortel Option 81c, running rls 3.0 that I am always working on for one reason or another. Our vendor occassionally gets into it remotely to deal with problems also. If we both try to use the same overlay they will print a message within the PBX to call them at a given number. My questions is this, how do I send that message? I know to use "who" to see who is logged in, but I don't know how to let them know to give me a minute to finish what I am working on. It gets frustrating when I am already working on the issue and they keep trying to get into the load I am in or they just bump me from the system, being able to message them would be really handy. Thanks in advance for your responses.

If someone has just sent you a message:

1. exit the load you are in.
2. send <tty #> <enter> (get it from the message you were sent)
3. at the 'SEND MSG:' prompt, type your message followed by <enter>.
