admin account expired 1

Hi all,

I'm a technicien for CS1K rls 6.0
Yesterday, i try to connect to the CS1K but suddenly i could not access; then i have a message telling that the password will be expired the 21st of june. So i click onto the "change password" which propose me to change with the current password. But when i finish i could not access (password incorrect) but when i using the previous password i got the message again.
So i try the SSO link same result.

I try to test my root password and nortel password into the linux and they work i could inside. I think there's a possibility to reset the admin password with root or nortel account but i don't know the process...

Could somebody help me ?

Resetting an Administrator password

If the Administrator password is forgotten or the account is locked out,
the password can be reset from the user interface. Use the following
procedures for logging on to the local logon page with an emergency
account.
Step Action
1 - In the Web browser Address bar, type of the Primary Security Server
and press Enter.
2 - Log on using the default emergency account or Nortel account.
The Security Configuration page appears,
3 - In the Web browser Address bar, type of the Primary Security Server and press Enter.

The password reset page appears, where the user id and password can be reset
