I changed my paging trunk from a pag to a wat so that i could add tfd. of course the page key dies on the console. i knew that was a given. replaced the pag wit a adl 6, pressed it once entered the acod of the wat, light goes out, can't reprogram it without outing it. i can pick up a loop key dial the acod and page so i don't think it a tgar etc style thing. anyone else run into problems with adl's on the console. btw this is a 81 c with 6 consoles on rel 24.40.

I wish I had an answer for you, since you've been so helpful to me, but I haven't found anything yet. What I did find is another type of key which is programmed on consoles, called an autoLINE key. I can't find any description of what the difference is between this and an autoDIAL but maybe if you program the ACOD on an autoLINE key you'll have better luck?
key xx AUTO ACOD.
Wish I could be more helpful.

found out what autoline is and I don't think this is the answer. Only difference between autodial and autoline is autodial can be changed at the console and autoline can't.
