Adjunct Route Question

Can anyone help me?
I'm using a CTI link for a dialler system and the call instantly gets dropped if their are no agents available. The dialler passes the details for the outbound call to the MAPD and the call is placed. If the switch sees it as answered then it's passed to the following vector:

01 adjunct routing link 2
02 wait-time 2 secs hearing silence
03 disconnect after announcement none

Which all works fine. However it seems to be the case that if no agents are available on the dialler, the call gets dropped instatntly on step one. Does this suggest that the dialler is sending a drop response? If I get a CVLAN trace would anyone be able to understand it?
Thanks in advance.

Do a list trace on the vector and see where that may lead you. It sounds like it is failing the adjunct route step and going to setp 2 and 3. It might be helpful to see the vdn and vector the call is routed to in the adjunct step.

You can also change step 2 to wait time 5 secs hearing music to tell if it is failing the adjunct route.

Thanks for the replies. I've done a trace and can see that it doesn't even process the 2 second wait on step 2. I've tried changing step 2 to 8 hours of music ;-) but the callee (if that's a real word) never hears any music, so the call is definitely dropped at step 1.
Any more ideas?

I would do a list trace on your extension and call the VDN that will route you to that vector for the adjunct step and follow the call all the way through. It sounds like there are no digits being sent for the adjunct route. What is supposed to be giving you the digits to perform the route? How about a failure step. Step 3 could be a route to VDN X uconditionally. Then the call will always make it to the vector with agents.

It may be worth adding a small wait step at the start of your vector as step 1 may not be processes correctly
