I have a set of email addresses in the Contacts folder of Outlook 2000, running on a Windows 2000 computer. I also have a computer with Outlook Express running on a Windows XP Professional machine. Is there anyway I can copy the names and email addresses from Outlook to Outlook Express? Thanks. -- Ham Rutledge

Open Outlook .
Click File->Import and Export
Export to a File
Create a file of the type: Comma separated values(window)
Select Folder to export from: select Contacts
Save exported file as : give some name.csv
Take this file name.csv to other Computer.
Now open Outlook Express and Import: Other address book
Choose Text file (Comma separated)
Select your file name .csv
Click Import
You are done.

That worked like a charm! Thank you very very much!
