I have been working on a physician address database and keep getting interrupted with other requests. I'm throwing my hands up. Does anyone know where I can get, download, buy, a many-to-many relationship address book with the source code available. I haven't been able to find a suitable product online or I'm not using the correct search phrasing. Thanks.
