What would cause the list of available users in the Global address book to not be viewable when a client goes to address an email in Exchange 5.5. I may have set up exchange wrong or failed to publish a folder or something. Any suggestions...Please help!!
Make sure the Outlook Address Book is added in the client's profile. In Outlook, it's in Tools.Services. Click Add.. and select the Outlook Address Book (or Offline Address Book.. I can't remember). You may have to exit out of Outlook and go back in after that. Hope this helps.
