How can I have multiple stations ring on one phone (one port) using a 6416 phone?

You can use bridged appearance buttons for the other extensions. Are you using this for a admin or something?

you can also add virtual stations or other set types that cover to the 6416 station.

I need to do this for 20 users. Its part of an integration project connecting an Aspect system and an Avaya system. There is an application that needs to call back a number but on a different number than the extensions that are already setup for each avaya user. For whatever reason it can't be their existing avaya extension. i won't be setting up voicemail on these extensions either. any thoughts?

how do i setup virtual stations? if i set that up, those virtual stations will ring from the outside correct?

add station xxxx
set type virtual
cover path yy that covers "all" to 6416 station

do this 20 times

If all have DID numbers, all will ring on your 6416 station
