Addition of Tip / Caution / Hints boxes? 1

Is anyone aware of an add-in or macro (or maybe it already exists) that would let me click on a button and insert something like the attached files?

I'm doing a huge documentation project, and the boss likes the "tip" and "caution" boxes that he saw on another document. Is there an easy way to do this in word?

I have attached InsertImages.docx file that uses menu button to insert your images into Word document.

Within the file is a screen shot how to assign menu button to the vb code.

This is just guessing at what you were looking for.

Thank you for the response! Yeah... that's on the lines of what I was looking for.
What would REALLY be the cat's meow is if I had a button that would insert a text box with the graphic, so I could just "Insert tip" and then type in the box what the tip is.
It has been a while since I've had to deal with Word macros.

As far as Word macros, and Word in general, I generally "try to get as far away from those things as you can...."

How many different tip graphics would you need?

Right now you have two.

Did more work with this problem, after I realized the previous document did not contain the needed code.

The attached document 'InsertMultipleImages.docm' will select up to 9 different images based on a prompt tied to a menu button.

Within the document are also instructions how to create the menu button and modify the code.
