Adding website address in internet explore

Hello Friend's,

I need help.
I am using powerbuilder 6.5. i want to add the website address automatically in the address bar in the internet explore.
i am storing the website address in database i am able to retrieve that address and also able to launch the internet explore.
But i am not able to set the website address automatically.
please help me.
