Adding voicemail to new set problem 1

This is the first time I've added a new extension on my own and built a brand new set for it. I am having problems getting voicemail working, the set will just ring and ring and never go to voicemail.

I noticed that I don't have the RCO feature listed when I print the TN, but when I go to LD 15 and try a CHG, RCO 1 I receive SCH3301 conditions not met error.

Could someone let me know what I'm missing when I built this guy? Thanks.

If someone new at this wanted to look up the prompts to perform those changes on their own, would they open the Admin book to LD 20 ?

I like to teach using the overlays that actually load when making the change.

Digital sets LD 11
Analog Sets LD 10
Enable and Disable LD 32
Print TNs LD 20
Print DNs to find TNs LD 22
