Adding users in a batch using a script

I need to add users to Crystal Enterprise system as a batch process . I have a list of Users , groups, user names and passwords ( Passwords are their user names initially ) to be
set up.
Is there any scripts available so that I can use this script and create these users in one shot ? There are few users who belong to one or more groups.

I assume that you know that you can also automatically add users from your network.
