Adding User Names to MTS Role

I am trying to add user names to MTS roles inside the MTS explorer. This works fine, however I then need to shut down the server to get the roles to include the new user name. I there any way to get an instant update?

I dont think U need to shut down the server, instead just click the refresh button which I feel would do.

I had tried that earlier but it did not seem to be working, I must have been doing something wrong, doh!!
