the ludn table list all ava dn's, you can make changes to free up numbers, if your using did numbers for a second line on some phones they should be non did, with cls = hta and lhk =1 and hunt =000 the second number will act the same as any other did, another useful tip is to use mcr keys instead of scr keys, using mcr 1234 as a did and key one mcr 1234 gives you two places to answer a call when 1234 is did inbound on int inbound, this freeing up the need for a a second line... if your not versed in the ludn table, it shows not only four digit numbers but 3,2 and single digit numbers so if you see a 2, as a ludn you have all numbers between 2000 and 2999, the number 31 would translate to 3100 to 3199. the best choice is to add numbers to your present did range, be sure when you contact your service provider, you not only request the range you need but reserve another block for future use, the charge for a res block is pocket change, another trick is to have the co send 5 digits, then delete the 1st digit, making your options much wider
