adding Startalk subscriber mailbox?

A client tried to add a subscriber mailbox but it ends up as an information mailbox. I've deleted this mailbox and tried again and it still comes up as an info box, no option to select subscriber. Is there a digit to toggle back to subscriber from information box?

I was wondering if they might be "out of mailboxes"? I don't know how to check that remotely.

If it only allows Information mailboxes then it's out of Subscriber mailboxes.

When logged into F983 press 44 (where you add key codes) to view what it has in some vmails.

They can look for unused mailboxes and delete them too:

To view MBOX/CHG/DIR/OK then keep pressing NEXT to see each one...press OK to go into the mailbox so you can then see what DN is tagged to it
To delete MBOX/DEL/DIR/OK then keep pressing NEXT until they see the mailbox to delete then press OK then DEL

If it's a Startalk Flash and 24 mailboxes then you can add the 4 port upgrade cartridge to get it to 48 mailboxes.

Thanks for that. I was going to go to site and attach directly and do a dump of the mailboxes.
