Adding second domain to Exchange server.

I am new to MS Exchange and am not sure what step I am missing...

I need to add a second and third domain to the exchange server so that we can relay the email. I have ptr records in DNS, and mail will work from within the network, but not through internet email.

What do I need to do to get this to work?
