Adding second Clock Controller in a Different Cabinet

4 Cabinets
I have 3 PRI's in Main cabinet

I am adding a new PRI with D channel in cabinet 4 1. I have never added a second added a second CC before so before I break something I would like to double check my thought process.

Here is what I currently have.

When I try to make a change to the DDB to add the second CC I get a SCH5670 message. Do I need to disable the DCH and PRI?

SCH5670 For Primary loop, the slot must be set equal to the clock controller slot number.
For secondary loop, the slot must not set equal to the clock controller slot
number.

Now I just need to figure out how to resolve the forwarding and hunting back across the PRI to go to voice mail.
