How do I add a record to an existing list box in Excel2000?

Programatically or manually ??
How does the listbox get filled with data now ? By code or from a list of values ??

i'm not sure...as this belongs to someone else and he is on vacation...but i cannot seem to find the code so it might be coming from somewhere else.....can you help me with both?
 
Gonna need to know if it is a Forms listbox or a Controls listbox
If it's Forms and you right click on it, one of your "Properties" should be the ListFill Range - that'll be where your list is
For controls, you'll need to go to the VBEditor and adjust the control source

The other option is that its a Data Validation drop down.
Select the cell, go to Data > Validation - list range will be displayed.
