Adding Programs to Taskbar

Does anybody know how to add programs to the task bar. I would like my 'Motherboard Montitor to load at startup and have its icon sit in the taskbar next to the speaker & time icons.

Not to worry I have just sussed it out. I must be having one of those 'blond' days.

to have it load at startup just copy a shortcut to the startup directory in C:\program files\startup.

to add to your taskbar menu just drag it on from the start menu
