Adding Permissions to Backup 1

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows how to give the administrator rights to backup the user accounts mailboxes. We are using Arcserve and the only acount that I am able to back up is the Administrator's account. I am unable to back up the others due to lack of rights.

Thanks, I have resolved the issue. I created a blanket account that belongs to the Exchange Domain Servers group (creating a blanket account for all mailboxes).
