Adding One Month to the CurrentDate 1

Afternoon all

Using currentdate, I would like to add sequential formulas to add 1 month to currentdate

Formula 1 = CurrentDate (03/24/09)
Formula 2?? = CurrentDate plus one month - not sure how to write this. When I create a forula: month(currentdate + 1), the result is a number 4. I need a date

This worked perfectly
dateadd("m", 1, currentdate)

It's always the easy ones that give me trouble.
