im tired of adding and adding in order to get to a certain number...
example
15000 + 15000 = 30000
30000 + 15000 = 45000
45000 + 15000 = 60000
45000 + 15000 = etc.........all the way to 405,000....
is ther a formula/way that can help me retrieve those numbers, all in one row?

thanks

What you're looking for is AutoFill.

[tab]* In A1, type [blue]15000[/blue].

[tab]* In A2, type [blue]=A1+15000[/blue]

[tab]* Hover the cursor over the lower right corner of the cell until it changes to a bold, black plus sign (+) - that's called a Fill Handle

[tab]* Click on the Fill Handle and drag down

Slight "assist" required ;-) ...

John's instructions are close but are not really demonstrating AutoFill - because in effect only the formula gets copied.

* In A1, enter 15000.

* In A2, enter 30000. ( or alternatively you could type =A1+15000, hit the "Calc" key <F9> to convert to a value, and then hit <Enter> ) - but it's obviously simpler just to enter the value.

Highlight A1:A2

* Hover the cursor over the lower-right-corner of the range A1:A2 - (A2) - until it changes to a bold, black plus sign (+) - that's called a Fill Handle

* Click on the Fill Handle and drag down
