Adding new sections into a report.

How do I add in new sections to a report? It starts with the Header, Footer and Detail but I need some more..
 
not sure what you exactly want, but normally it is done with sorting and grouping. Select "view", "sorting and grouping" and then group on a field. Now you can add a header and footer to this group.
 
You may also consider a SubReport.
