adding new mailboxes cics w/ startalk flash

My customer added a few new phones and she says the mailboxes dont exsist. I programmed the system initially but it has been a while and I don't do norstar very often. Do the mailboxes have to be added or initialized. I have been looking at online documentation with no luck. Thanks

depending on the flash2/ flash4 model you have a max od 24 and 48 mailboxes ...

if you have gone past that ...then ur customer needs a new voicemail system
if not probably you need to go and delete the mailboxes that are built but not used

found the answer in documentation. System Adm. Mailbox, Adm Mailboxes, Add Mailbox, fill in 4 or 5 blanks, done deal.

I have same problem here. How did you login to flash voicemail admin? I tried Feature 981 and LOG 1020000 and it doesn't allow me to log in to the voice mail system.
