Adding new domain 1

I currently have exchange 5.5 box handling all mail in business1. An external isp holds the tag and pipes all mail to me. My company has recently purchased a new business (different tag). What I would like to do is have all the new company mail sent from the ISP to this building (different email tag to buissiness1), is there an easy way to allow exchange 5.5 to handle this new mail. I hope some of that makes sense.

Point new domain to exchange server, under IMS properties routing tab set new domain name as inbound.
