Adding Multiple Subscribers to MM 3.0

I have to add many new local subscibers to our Modular Messaging system. Currently I use web access but can't find anything of use in the Help menus. Is it possible to duplicate a user, adding multiple new users as with Stations/Agents etc on the Avaya CM voice systems?

You can use the Avaya Mailbox Manager software program to add multiple new users or copy existing subscribers. The software comes with new installs. It might already be installed on the MAS as well.

Thanks Chuck, I suspected as much and have been hunting down a copy of the software. From your reply do I guess that it also needs to loaded on the MAS to work?

It doesn't have to be loaded on the MAS. It can be on any Windows PC meeting the minimum system requirements. You do have to create a trusted server in the MSS though in order for it to work.
