I need help with a tricky questions which I belive have a simple solution? For those who know Nwind.mdb, the example database that comes with microsoft access, it has several different tables. One of them is categories. What I need to do is somehow make it possible for a product to be listed in several categories. However, I do not know how to do this. Does anyone have a clue??? Any help is appreciated!

In the Northwinds DB if you open the product form you can input the same product and merely change the category that the product is associated with.

HTH,

Steve

Thanks a lot Steve. I am not sure if it helps me though as I am aware that I can make a "duplicate" record. If you take a look at you can see what I want to create with my database. I want to make a list of several different tours I have in a database and they should all be able to have several different categories attached to each tour and also different detinations. Adding the tour several times by hand would take a lot of time. Perhaps there is a quicker way around it??? Appreciate any replies. And once again Steve, thanks for the quick reply!
