Adding logi user accounts 1

I have the book, I can print out what the existing accounts are , I can change existing passwords,
BUT , how do I add a new user,, IE logi Buddy ?????????

the steps in the book don't really show me that, been an installer waytoo long

LD 17
REQ -- Chg
TYPE- PWD
PWD2 -- You'll need to enter your Level 2 Password --
Lname_Option -- Ususally (NO)
NPW1 -- Bypass
NPW2 -- Bypass
LAPW -- e.g 1
PWTP -- OVLY
LOGIN NAME -- Enter a descriptive name
Levl -- INST
OVLA -- Enter the overlays to allows access to
for the rest of the prompt just press enter to accept default.....

I may have missed a step or two - refer to your I/O guide for all the prompt

Here is the missing piece, It was there I didn't know

LOGI_NAME Bypass
NPW2 -- Bypass
LOGI_NAME bypass
LAPW -- e.g 1( or 66 or 88 etc., look in printout and you will see these numbers, OR create a new one using 4 - 99)

LOGIN NAME -- Enter a descriptive name
Levl -- INST Did not see this
OVLA -- Enter the overlays to allows access to
default.....
CUST ALL use all

for the rest of the prompt just press enter to accept
