I am more familiar with Nortel CICS than I am with the BCM line. I have a customer with a BCM50 with 4 existing lines. There is only one unit on the wall 9no expansion kit). Version is SP:30DFC23 NAT
Can I add line 5 and 6 to this? or do I need an expansion module?

The main cabinet can only hold 4 lines so yes you need to add:
-Exp keycode if needed
-Exp cabinet
-BCM50 Power Supply

-Wall bracket if needed
An MBM module of your choice:
GATM4 - 4 Trunks
GATM8 - 8 Trunks
4X16 or 8X16 - Trunks & Stations - if maybe needing sets soon

Thank you CurlyCord. Apparently I need a 1 port authorization keycode active on the main system. I am also told Keycodes are at "End of Life" so unless it is already active the system is maxed out.
How do I check to see if the authorization code in on the main system? Since the original system was only a 4x16 I would assume they were not sold the Authorization keycode at the time of install.
I see a CICS in their future.
