Adding LHK question

Hi, is there something I have to add in the class of service to be able to add a LHK function. On the current print out of the phone it doesnt have LHK listed, but when I try to do an easy change it wont let me add it. Am I missing a step. .They are reporting problems transferring to this phone, so I thought maybe this has something to do with it. Thanks for your help

CLS needs to have HTA, you also need to program HUNT to 000 to short hunt on the phone, then LHK 1.
