Adding IP 500

Can anyone give my a little guidance or a pointer? I'm trying to extend our phone system to another building. The buildings are connected via fiber. There's an IP 500 in each building. What do I need to do to make the IP 500s work with each other, allow inter-building and outside calling, etc?

You need VCM cards in both systems.
You need networking licenses in both systems.
Then you need to program an iptrunk in each system.

Do you know how to program an IP Office ?
If not then i would hire some one who is experienced with SCN.

I know some basics of using IP Office. This is just a bit beyond my experience level.
