Hello. I have the Norstar System Coor Guide, but I cannot find what I am looking for. It is probabbly because I am not sure about the terminology.
I have three lines. Line 1 is my public number, line 2 and line 3 are simply needed for overflow
If line 1 is busy, I wish it to foward to line 2. This is working fine. If line 1 and line 2 is busy.. i wish it to forward to line 3.. this however, goes to voice mail. (I have verison voice mail.. not phone system vm).
All users have access to these three lines as buttons on their phone. I read about Call foward on no answer, and Call foward on busy. But, this seems to only transfer a line to an extension. This is not what I am looking for. I just want the lines to rollover if busy.. and I cannot figure it out.. can anyone help?
