I have a DID that need to be added to the nite service.
What are the steps to add this number so that when the M2250 console goes on nite it will go to the nite AA for the coumpany?
This is a Option 11 system.

if nit1 - > to want you want is your voice service dn, your done..

Nit1 is already assigned to the CDN.
This is second number that I am adding. Should this be Nit2?

do you want it to ring to the aa? then make it nit 1.. what is the cdn used for?

I want it to ring to the AA. Can I have 2 numbers asigned to NIT1? I do not know what CDN is. I would think that this would be the DN for the AA.

If you have Mer Mail or Call Pilot, you should be able to build something in there for call timers to send the calls to other numbers. Just ACD your number to the vmail pilot and build the scenario there.

the control dn (cdn) could be the Voice Service DN (vsdn).. if it is then you do not have any reason to add another nit target... what do you get what you dial the cdn?

or

if the default dn is mail vsdn, it may be used as the call path to the autoatt

What happens to it now when the console goes into night? The resaon I ask is maybe someone set up 2 IDC tables 1 for normal and 1 for nights.

that's a point HAWK, day and night idc could be used to translate the main did to the vsdn.. then the nit_data would only come into play for internal..
