Adding Default Text before variable data in form 1

I'm looking for a way to add default text to a field in a form. This data is not in any of my tables, I just want to be able to add the text such that this field always has the same text included with the output. For example, I have a field FirstName. When I search for data in the form, I would like it to also inclide "My Name is"

Any help is appreciated.
