Adding Customer 1 to Nortel OPT 81

We currently have an OPT 81C using version 25.4. We only have Customer 0 set up on our Nortel and use Symposium and OTM and would like to add Customer 1 to the system. Is this a difficult process to accomplish?

You can create Customer 1 in Ld 15:

it is that easy. Will Symposium and OTM recognize the new customer number or do i have to add it to those systems also.

usually after that change, just do a resync from otm..
