Hello,
I'm running outlook 2000 on Xp Pro and I've runinto a peculiar problem. I add the hyperlink button to the toolbar and upon reopening the program, it's gone. I've performed the same procedure on all the other computers in the office, all are outlook 2000 on xp pro and all keep the hyperlink button except one. Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help,

A. Davis

It may be a rights issue. I forget it the button info is saved in an INI file or the registry. You might try granting the user admin rights temporarily and see if that works.

Thanks for the reply. The user is logged in as an administrator so I don't think that's it.
